COVID-19 Update: The Ontrak team is here to help

During this time of heightened anxiety and the many challenges unfolding due to the coronavirus pandemic, Ontrak remains strongly committed and well-positioned to support all of our customers and members.

We know that the current situation presents unprecedented challenges for our members and increases stress for those at higher risk of contracting COVID-19, including those with chronic medical and behavioral health conditions. We’re here to help.

  • Our integrated telehealth capabilities and distributed, remote workforce – including member engagement specialists, care coaches and community care coordinators – ensure that Ontrak will remain fully operational to serve our members across the nation through this profoundly difficult time.
  • Our contracted network of providers already offers telehealth services, to ensure continued member access to care and services.
  • Our nationwide care team is ready to meet increased demand for behavioral health services and proactively reaching out to members to address social determinants of health, including food shortages, transportation and social isolation.
  • To adhere to social distancing guidelines and state directives for public safety, our in-market Community Care Coordinators are continuing to provide local support and doing so via telephone.

If you are a provider and need to contact us, please contact the Network Management team at [email protected] or call us directly at 855-840-3627, option #3.
